Interbike Event Report 2011

The 2011 Interbike Event Report is now available for download. The report includes attendance figures, key statistics and demographics, post-show survey highlights, Interbike Mobile App statistics, links to some of the extensive media coverage of the show and a list of the attending media.

Highlights from the Interbike 2011 post show survey*

  • 60% of attendees stated that they have placed an order at or since the show with an exhibitor as a result of seeing them at Interbike.
  • 57% of attendees stated that they placed an order at or since the show with a new vendor as a result of seeing them at Interbike.
  • 76% of Interbike attendees said that face-to-face interaction with exhibitors at Interbike makes it more likely that they will order from that supplier throughout the year.
  • More than 90% of Interbike attendees state that the show is effective at helping them stay current with industry trends.
  • 86% of Interbike attendees stated that Interbike is effective at creating and/or strengthening relationships and partnerships with suppliers.
  • 96% of Interbike attendees state that ‘learning about new products and services’ is the most important reason that they choose to attend the show.
  • 92% of Interbike attendees stated that seeing the industry as a whole is an important reason they attend the show.
  • More than 90% of Interbike attendees surveyed stated that they are likely to return to Interbike in 2012.

*Survey highlights were pulled from 1,246 individual responses to the Interbike 2011 online post-show survey of retailers conducted in October 2011.
