Skirt Sports unveils activewear for girls

Having created the original and highly popular, fitness skirt for women, Skirt Sports has unveiled an apparel range for tomorrow’s female endurance athlete with its new Girls Collection aimed at girls aged 4 to 8. The Girls Collection is consistent with Skirt Sports mission to create the perfect blend of fashion, performance and attitude in every product, with just a little more attention to the attitude part!

“When I was growing up, I played every sport possible. I believe that sports had the greatest impact on my personal growth by building a foundation of self-confidence, goal-setting and by teaching me to play well with others,” said Nicole DeBoom, founder of Skirt Sports and former Ironman champion.

“By encouraging girls to participate in sports at an early age, we are setting the stage for the next generation of strong women.”

With the new Girls Collection, Skirt Sports fills a gap in the market for quality, performance products for girls, and aims to inspire them at the same time.

With the introduction of the Wonder Kid Tee, Happy Kid Skirt and the Wonder Kid Dress, girls are inspired to be active at a young age alongside their mothers, grandmothers, sisters and friends.
