The Batavia Triathlon & Duathlon has announced endurance sport coaching specialist Experience Triathlon as the event’s title sponsor. The 2012 ET Batavia Triathlon & Duathlon takes place on 10 June in Batavia, Illinois.

Naperville based Experience Triathlon, founded by Joe LoPresto, is an endurance sport coaching specialist. Its tag line, ‘Where being a winner is as important as being the winner’ highlights a belief that training, racing and life are about the journey, not just the end results.

Experience Triathlon offers a full portfolio of personal, group and online coaching services to athletes in the Chicago area and around the world in the areas of: swim, bike, run, triathlon, nutrition, strength training, massage, performance testing, training camps and more.

“We are very excited to form this long term, strategic partnership with the City of Batavia. Supporting this outstanding charity event fits perfectly with Experience Triathlon’s mission to help people of all ages and abilities lead a healthy lifestyle and become everything they were meant to be in training, racing and life,” said Joe LoPresto.

“The Batavia Triathlon is very excited to welcome Experience Triathlon as our Title Sponsor. We are looking forward to this valuable partnership, the exciting year ahead and are extremely appreciative of their generous support of the event,” added Noel Basquin, founder of the Batavia Triathlon.

The ET Batavia Triathlon is a USAT sanctioned sprint distance charity event that has helped many deserving non-profit charities over the years, including The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training, Batavia Food Pantry, Batavia MainStreet, and other local organisations.

Registration for the 2012 event opened on 1 January 2012.
