Good Morning Interbike live-streamed

Interbike, the largest bicycle industry trade show in North America, has announced that its on-show TV production, Good Morning Interbike (GMI), will now be live-streamed from the show. Produced in the glass walls of the Universal Sports Media Center, GMI will feature the latest show news and interviews with newsmakers from the world of cycling – including company executives, athletes, industry advocates and celebrities.

“The combination of video and Internet is undeniably powerful when promoted properly and full of exciting, relevant content,” said Pat Hus, Managing Director of Interbike. “Our team has found ways to improve Good Morning Interbike, and I think this segment will be an increasingly popular outlet for cycling consumers and industry folks to get a taste of what we’ve got going in Las Vegas.”

GMI will be hosted by David Bernstein, owner and host of The Spokesman Cycling Roundtable Podcast, and The Fredcast – one of the most popular cycling-related podcasts available on the Internet today. The schedule of interviews has been posted on the website, and the show will be available for live-streamed viewing Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from the show next week.

The start of each video segment will feature an Interbike executive who will preview the day’s highlights, followed by a series of guests from the cycling industry. More than 20 guests are scheduled to be interviewed over the three days, including:

  • John Burke, CEO, Trek Bicycle Corporation
  • Pat Cunnane, President, Advanced Sports Intl (Fuji, Kestrel, SE Bikes, Breezer, Terry)
  • Chris Sugai, President, Niner Bikes
  • John Wordin, President & Founder, Ride 2 Recovery
  • Skip Hess, CEO, Electra Bicycles
  • Chris Hillyer, Teva Manager of Innovation and Jeff Lenosky, professional rider and Teva athlete
