New corporate structure at Set Up Events

Set Up Events, one of the US nation’s largest triathlon production companies, has welcomed new members to the Set Up Event’s team. The new corporate structure consists of significant positions including the role of President of Set Up Events, Director of Operations, and Online Registration Coordinator. These join previously announced additions of Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Agency.
“Due to the accelerated growth of Set Up Events, there was a need to fill these positions and make these changes to the corporate structure to accommodate the various responsibilities and tasks of the job descriptions,” said Bill Scott, Founder and CEO of Set Up Events. “I am very pleased with our new team, and I am confident they will all play a crucial role in the continued development and growth of the company.”
President
Andrew Silbereisen has been named to the newly created position of President of Set Up Events. In his previous role, Andrew was integral in the development and management of Set Up Events’ online presence, technology and registration systems. He has over 10 years of experience in the sport of triathlon and has competed in multiple events at every level of the sport.
Silbereisen’s responsibilities will be management and direction of the existing business, new business opportunities and strategic growth. Prior to joining Set Up in his new capacity, Andrew was a Senior Database Analyst within the Nuclear Division of Duke Energy located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Operations
Mary Toffolon has been named to the position of Operations Coordinator. Mary is the Director of Operations for the highly successful PPD Beach2Battleship Iron and Half Iron Distance Triathlon in Wilmington, North Carolina, and will also continue her role as volunteer coordinator for Set Up Events.
Online registration
Krysten Rivenbark has been selected to the role of Online Registration Coordinator. She will be responsible for managing all the online contacts, registration and race owner communication and accounting.
Set Up Events, one of the largest producers of triathlons in the US, is a full-service production, registration and timing company for participatory sports, triathlon and running events. In 2012 Set Up Events will produce over 140 triathlons in 8 states totaling over 64,000 registrations.
