The Bike Cooperative continues to grow membership

The Bike Cooperative has continued to grow its dealer base, with a number of new members coming on board during the past season.

The Bike Cooperative is a member-owned cooperative in the US, with a mission of improving the profitability of independent bike retailers. The Bike Cooperative provides members with ‘exclusive product specials and rebates, consumer financing and credit card processing programs, comprehensive advertising services, and training in management and sales.’

Bike Cooperative members are also the exclusive fulfilling retailers for the co-op’s consumer ecommerce website, BikeStoreGuys.com.

“We’re very impressed with the quality of retailers that have joined the co-op recently,” said Greg Brodsky, Managing Director of the co-op. “It’s also great to welcome such a diverse group, from new stores to established retailers with large multi-store operations. While their individual businesses are each unique, they’ve become shareholders of The Bike Cooperative because they share a common goal – to grow their business and improve their profitability.”
