British Triathlon updates 2010 adidas age group trisuit

British Triathlon has confirmed that the 2010 season will see the introduction of an updated design of the adidas age group team trisuit. After reviewing the wealth of feedback from age groupers throughout 2009, British Triathlon and adidas took the move to act upon this.

There are three main alterations in the 2010 suit:
• The suit will feature red stitching down the edges of the side panelling
• The neckline has been lowered to provide a more comfortable fit
• Improved sizing communication

The new 2010 suit will be available from April, and as last year can be purchased through British Triathlon’s retail partner Wiggle.

Only athletes who have qualified for Great Britain Age Group competition will be able to purchase the trisuit. As the trisuit is only available to GB qualifiers, purchasers should have their British Triathlon Membership number ready at the online checkout.

Due to the introduction of the 2010 suit, the 2009 suits are being offered at a discounted price and can also be purchased online.

2010 ITU Age Group uniform rules state that all age group suits must have a back zip. All GB qualifiers must therefore ensure that when planning for 2010 races they have a suit that conforms to these rules.
